About Sammie

Hi, I’m Sammie! 👋

I’m a certified VET Trainer and Assessor who’s passionate about helping people learn, grow, and step confidently into the world of work.

I specialise in delivering nationally accredited qualifications to domestic & international students who are ready to build big, bold careers here in Australia – and beyond. 🌏

🎓 Training That’s Practical, Personal & Powerful

My classroom is more than just a space to get a certificate – it’s a launchpad for success. 🚀

With a strong focus on practical learning, I create safe, supportive environments where students feel included, capable, and ready for anything. Whether they’re learning about leadership, communication, or project management, I make complex business topics easy to understand and fun to explore (yes, business can be fun – I promise!).

As someone who is neurodivergent, I bring extra care, clarity, and flexibility into everything I do. I know every learner is different – and I love meeting students where they’re at, helping them feel seen, supported, and proud of what they can achieve. 💛

✨ Why I Love What I Do

Honestly? I just love watching people grow.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a student walk in at Orientation, unsure of themselves, and walk out at Graduation with a brand new sense of confidence. I’ve watched students land their first jobs, smash their goals, and start businesses of their own – and I still get goosebumps every time. 😭💼

👩‍🏫 My Work in a Nutshell

Here’s what I’m known for:

✅ Delivering business training from Cert III to Diploma level
✅ Delivering community services training from Cert III to Diploma level
✅ Teaching ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to students and trainers
✅ Designing assessments that reflect real-life workplace needs
✅ Supporting international and domestic students with inclusive, culturally aware learning
✅ Making tricky topics simple and easy to grasp
✅ Ensuring compliance with ASQA and RTO standards – without making it boring!

🎤 Looking for a Speaker?

When I’m not in the classroom, I’m out in the world talking about education, confidence, and connection. I’m a natural storyteller and speaker who brings a warm, uplifting energy to everything I do.

So, if you’re looking for a speaker who can make a room smile and think – whether it’s a keynote, panel, workshop, or professional development day – I’d love to chat. 💬

☕ A Little Extra About Me

  • I’m proudly neurodivergent (and fiercely inclusive)
  • I love a good coffee, a quiet walk, and a well-planned colour-coded spreadsheet
  • I believe training should feel like a team sport – not a solo mission.
  • I’m all about creating kind, connected spaces where everyone feels like they belong
  • If you’re ever stuck on a goal or idea, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader 💃

🤝 Let’s Connect!

Whether you’re a fellow trainer, a potential student, or someone looking for a passionate speaker who knows how to mix fun with facts – I’d love to hear from you!
